I checked this to find that it was indeed enabled, and continued to troubleshoot from there. I re-installed, restarted several times, and even booted the ... (AKA "We found some issues while connecting to the Voicemod server.") So whenever I pressed an AI voice on Voicemod it just began endlessly loading. I was unable to click anything while the voice loaded, making my application basically frozen.
