To clarify - the blower motor works just fine as does the blend door actuators to go between defrost/front vents/ lower vents. I turn the dial to heat but even with the engine hot it just blows out ambient temperature air.

I tried several things at once so I am not really sure this was the fix, it might also have been turning the engine off, putting the heat knob to cold starting the engine and turning it to heat with the power on.Sure enough I had the same exact issue and replaced tipm for no reason. Ended up being a loose wire connector on the wiring harness that connects to the tipm.
